The promise

Artisan breads, naturally fermented, handcrafted with time.

BreadFitt keeps the bread simple: flour, water, salt, starter, and a slow process. The result is a fresh sourdough loaf with a crackly crust, chewy crumb, and a clean ingredient line.

The loaf

Sourdough Bread, 450g.

A focused subscription loaf with a clean score, crisp crust, and simple ingredient line: flour, water, salt, and starter.

24 hours slow fermented

No commercial yeast

Handcrafted in small batches

Care & Storage

Keep in its packet, in a dry place, for up to 2 days. After day 2, slice and freeze. From the freezer: toast slices straight off, no thaw, for a crisp crust, or warm in the oven. Skip the fridge: it stales the crumb.

Our Sourdough

A slow ferment, then a fresh bake.

Sourdough begins with a starter: flour and water kept alive by regular feeding. BreadFitt uses that starter instead of commercial yeast, then gives the dough roughly 24 hours to rise and develop flavor.

The slow process is why the loaf lands crusty outside and chewy inside. It is still bread at its clearest: simple ingredients, patient fermentation, and a careful bake.

Subscriptions only

A simple rhythm for repeat bread.

BreadFitt is built around subscriptions, not one-off online orders. The order starts with WhatsApp so volume, timing, and fulfillment can be confirmed personally.

FAQ

Before you subscribe.

What is sourdough, and why no commercial yeast?+

Sourdough is bread leavened with a living starter made from flour and water. BreadFitt lets that starter and time do the work instead of adding commercial yeast.

How long does it take to make a loaf?+

The dough is slowly fermented for about 24 hours before baking, giving the loaf its crisp crust, chewy crumb, and developed flavor.

What's in the loaf?+

Flour, water, salt, and starter. No additives, no preservatives, and no unnecessary extras.

How should I store it?+

Keep it in its packet in a dry place for up to 2 days. After day 2, slice and freeze. Toast slices straight from the freezer or warm them in the oven.

How do subscriptions work, and can I pause or skip?+

Subscriptions are confirmed over WhatsApp. You can ask to pause, skip, or adjust the rhythm there before the next planned bake.

How is fulfillment arranged?+

Fulfillment details are settled in the WhatsApp order conversation once your subscription is confirmed.
